BELDEN COMMONWEALTH COURTYARD

Prassas Landscape Studio LLC completed the transformation of this vintage condominium courtyard in Lincoln Park.  The courtyard’s deteriorated concrete has been replaced with a graceful shade garden punctuated with a grove of serviceberry trees.  A meandering walk that weaves through the irregular shaped courtyard is edged with a runnel to capture stormwater.  The new courtyard greatly improved the resident’s views and created an outdoor living space where none previously existed.
