LINCOLN SQUARE OASIS

When the owners of this newer home purchased the lot next to their house, they asked architect Seth Romig and Prassas Landscape Studio to create a new landscape that includes a garage.  The collaboration resulted in a series of connected outdoor living spaces set within a garden.  Paths to the covered dining room and fire court span a rain garden that is fed from the home’s roof water.  The rear of the new garage opens up onto a sport court and expansive lawn.
