Prassas Landscape Studio LLC, with the assistance of Wolbrink Architects, designed the roof terrace for this industrial to residential building conversion in the West Loop. The terrace is enclosed by privacy screens of corrugated aluminum panels to the east and west and translucent resin panels to the north. Cor-Ten steel planters define the living spaces which include a spa enclosed by composite decking and a stainless steel mini-kitchen.
