WINNETKA COLONIAL

This 1930s colonial by architect Robert E. Seyfarth was renovated and expanded to include a new garage and living spaces.  In conjunction, the entire landscape was also reconfigured to reflect the changes to the home.  Prassas Landscape Studio LLC was able to save the original granite cobbles and use the cobbles in the design of the new driveway.   The existing bluestone was also saved and used in the design of the front walk, access walks and rear patios.
