RIVER NORTH ROOF TERRACE

What began as a 1,400 s.f. concrete slab over a parking garage was transformed into several distinct outdoor living rooms.  Featured on HGTV's Landscapers' Challenge, this private roof terraced has more than doubled the owner’s living space for 9 months of the year.
